Q. My web site is not on-line?
A. If you're web site is not on-line, many things could have happened to produce this result. 
  • You may have exceded your bandwidth limit for the month and the system will shut down the site until the beginning of the next month or until you pay for a higher hosting package
  • Your domain may have expired. Make sure you check to see if your domain needs to be renewed
Q. How do I acces my site files?
A. Login to your "admin" area in our Control Panel and you will find your FTP information.

Q. How long does it take to get indexed?
A. It can take 5 - 10 days for Google, Yahoo, or MSN to index your site. It can take up to 2 weeks to 2 months for Google to index your site. This is because they are slower to accept new sites. It can take around 3 weeks for your site to show up in the top 10 results on most search engines (Yahoo, AOL, etc.). For google it can take a month or more. Sites are indexed on:
  • Meta tags
  • Content
  • Links to site
Q. How many email accounts do I get?
A. The base package comes with 5 emails. You can upgrade your package for more email accounts. Click here for more info.

Q. How would I make an Alias?
A. To create an alias for your email account you first log in. You then have the ability to create aliases under your settings by clicking the alias button.

Q. How do I check my visitor stats?
A. You can check your site or page view by hour, day, month and higher by loging into your Control Panel. You can check other things like top exit pages and top referrers.

Q. How do I check my disk usage or bandwith usage?
A.

You can check how much space is free on your hard drive or how much data transfer is left on your site by logging into your Control Panel. Next on the main page (Dashboard) go to the bottom of the page. In the Site Overview section you can check your disk space and data limit. You also can see the stats in bar graphs and pie charts.

 

Q.  I cannot send e-mails.
A.

We do not manage your SMTP server, as normally the send mail transfer protocol is setup through your Internet Service Provider. (ex, smtp.yourisp.com). We provide you with a POP or IMAP server to receive e-mails, not to send them.

 

Q. I cannot receive e-mail.
A.

There are many possibilities that may cause problems when trying to receive e-mail. However, most of the time it is because your e-mail client is not properly configured. The best way to tell if the problems are on our side, or on yours is to try logging into your Danima webmail. This is normally found through either yoursiteaddress.com if you’re on one of our panels, or webmail.danima.com. If you can login properly, then the problem is related to your e-mail client. If you cannot, then please contact us with any error messages you may have received along the process.

 

Q. My web site is not on-line?
A.

If your web site is not on-line, follow these steps:

Check your domain name expiration date using a WHOIS service ( http://network-tools.com). If you find the date already expired then please contact the company you initially registered the doamin with If you receive a "Page Not Found" then please call us and we will investigate this on your behalf.

 

Q. How do I acces my web site files?
A.

Login to your site's Control Panel http://www.yourdomainhere.any/admin. If you can't recall the login information we originally have given you then please call us. If you successfully login then you can use the same information to ftp into your site by using the following template.
host:
ftp.yourdomainhere.any
username:
yourcontrolpaneluser@yourdomainhere.any

password: yourcontrolpanelpassword
NOTE: The webfiles will be in the folder mainwebsite_html folder.

The base hosting package comes with upto 5 free email accounts. Should you require more accounts you can  upgrade your hosting package  or  just order more email accounts .

Login to your site's Control Panel http://www.yourdomainhere.any/admin. Under the link "Aliases" ( left menu) you can add as many aliases as you need to and link them to actual email accounts.

Login to your site's Control Panel http://www.yourdomainhere.any/admin. On the "Dashboard" Tab you will find several links to give you a myriad of information about your website's traffic.

 

Q. How do I check my disk usage or bandwith usage?
A. Login to your site's Control Panel http://www.yourdomainhere.any/admin. On the "Dashboard" Tab your will find the "Site Overview" section containing descriptive and graphical information about your site's data transfer.
